SPAN 210 (World Language Perspective) was a perfect continuation of 110. Again, I was fortunate to have Laura Sanchez as my professor and again, I was challenged and stretched to my limits by the class. After just two semesters, I feel that if I visit Spain, I may actually be able to find my way around!

For our final project this semester,  We researched different Hispanic celebrations around the world. This was my first time hearing anything about Las Fallas in Valencia, Spain. I’m not sure that I’d enjoy being in the midst of the celebrations, but it seems like a magical week to watch from a distance.
