I was supposed to participate in the Children’s Literature of the Former Yugoslavia trip for summer 2020, however it was cancelled.Despite the trip being cancelled, I am thankful for the guidance of the trip leaders and support of my peers who were supposed to travel with me. I loved being able to take a course with Dr. Miskec, one of the trip leaders, and learned a great deal from her.
Due to limitations created by Covid-19, I completed an Independant Study in the stead of a traditional study abroad trip. The reflection and infographic on this experience are below.
