Music 325 was by far one of my favorite courses during the Spring 2020 semester. I have a fairly musical background, from playing piano as a kindergarten, participating in choir in middle school, to playing guitar in high school. I loved getting to not only be exposed to new music from the Vietnam war era, but analyze its impact on the major societal changes taking place during that time period. The artifact I have included for this course is an essay I wrote analyzing different songs and their impact on the United States.
