This fiction paper was based off a personal essay I wrote in my honors course with Dr. Haffner.  The personal essay was about how women’s sports is underappreciated in male dominated athletics.  The fiction paper was considered not more work but different work with the fact that each person had certain rules for their specific genre.  We were required to come up with certain obstructions that made the paper more challenging for ourselves, and help better our writing.  My obstructions included using vivid imagery, by describing places and people only with adjectives and sensory words.  I also had to insert a mythical element as well.  It made the project more challenging but fun.
