We discussed different environmental legislation, past and present, and how they effect our daily source of food, recreation, and education. We also discussed the dangers of global warming. Global warming is causing sea levels to rise rapidly all over the world resulting in natural disasters and the loss of many species. This course was speaking infused where we were required to film many different informational and persuasive speeches. We talked about the different requirements and tactics for giving a well informed speech. After taking this course, I feel more confident in my public speaking abilities. The assignment below is an informative written assignment in which I observed how law makers are handling legislation that could help the dangers of sea level rising and global warming.
