This was my nutrition class that I took in the Fall semester of 2020. I was nervous about this course because I had heard various comments regarding the rigor and intensity of the course. Overall, I really enjoyed the class. It taught me more about the specific diets certain patients need and why they need them which is important to know as a nurse. I did a project with Ashley Bungcayao on drug and food interactions which we presented to the class. I have attached this assignment below. This project was interesting because some medications will have completely opposite effects if taken with specific foods. It was interesting to find and learn about these interactions.
