Head Athletic Trainer Bio
Taylor Yeager is from Henrico, Virginia and graduated from Mills E. Godwin High School. Her love for and interest in athletic training sparked as she assisted the head athletic trainer there for 3 of her high school years. Taylor graduated in 2018 and continued her passion at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia. At Longwood, she received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2022 and became BOC certified that same year. Taylor then studied at Shenandoah University where she graduated in 2025 with an Athletic Training/Physical Therapy dual degree.

Taylor interned with the Philadelphia Eagles while she was at Shenandoah, and was soon hired as an assistant athletic trainer in 2025. She was recently promoted to Head Athletic Trainer of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2027 because of her outstanding commitment to the health and wellness of this team. She is a licensed Athletic Trainer in both Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Physical Therapist (PT)/Athletic Trainer (AT) Bios
Shane Allen got his Bachelor of Science at the University of Delaware and later went on to receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the same University. He was BOC certified in 2013. He started working for the Seattle Seahawks in 2014, and then became a PT/AT for the Eagles in 2019.

Matthew Williams received a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science both in Canada from University of Manitoba. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. He became BOC certified in 2015. Matthew worked for the Minnesota Vikings as Game Day Support Staff and then was hired as a PT/Assistant AT for the Eagles in 2019.

Trevor Kapp went to Penn State University to receive his Bachelors of Science. He then went to Shenandoah University and graduated with the AT/PT dual degree. He received his certification in 2024 and immediately began working for the Eagles in 2025 as a PT/Assistant AT.

Assistant/Associate ATs
William Headley received his Bachelor of Science from Rowan University, Masters of Science at East Stroudsburg University, and had a Graduate Assistantship at Lehigh University. He was BOC certified in 2016 and began working for the Eagles in a seasonal position in 2017. He became a full time Assistant AT for the Eagles in 2019.

Joshua Patella is a Pennsylvanian born and raised. He got his Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh and received his Masters of Science at the California University of Pennsylvania. He was BOC certified in 2013 and began working as a seasonal AT for the Eagles in 2014. In 2016, he received full time status as an Assistant AT for the Eagles.

Mikayla Gordy received her Bachelor of Science from Oliviet Nazarene University and her Masters of Science from California University of Pennsylvania. She has been with the Eagles for quite some time, after becoming BOC certified in 2017, and has continued to climb the ladder. In 2018, she began working as a Summer Training Camp Intern, and then became a seasonal Assistant AT. She was promoted to a full time Assistant AT in 2021 for the Eagles, and continues in this position today.
