- Provide instructional assistance in preparing materials and implementing hybrid and online classes
- Conduct research needed for updating course content, supporting professional scholarship
- Maintain social media presence for the Reading, Literacy, and Learning team and work to create a program webpage
- Plan and implement Open House opportunities for prospective students
- Assist in the creation of a program exit interview and build a database to manage the data received from such interviews
