Academic/Research Assistant, Full-Time

Office of Student Affairs & Office of Diversity & Inclusion

  • Plans, organizes, and executes campus-wide programs focused on diversity, intercultural competence, and inclusivity
  • Assists with the advising and development of leadership workshops and trainings for the multicultural student organizations; chaperones some off-campus activities
  • Advises students involved in C.L.A.S.S. Mentor program
  • Assists in developing programs and services designed to retain students from historically underrepresented population
  • Serves as the coordinator for the A.S.K. Program
  • Assists with all stages of division-wide assessment projects designed to create a culture of accountability and commitment to continuous program improvement and student learning
  • Assists with the upkeep of the Academic Affairs / Student Affairs Collaboration Team website and programming calendar
