Citizen 110- Inquiry into Citizenship

My Citizen 110 class was based on morals and ethics. The first half focused on morals, while the second half focused on ethics, where even had to argue about an ethical issue for our final exam, mine was the death penalty. Throughout the semester we were encouraged to take reading notes on our daily readings, and for the first few readings we had to take reading notes, until the professor gave us a satisfactory grade. I ended up getting a satisfactory grade on my first set of reading notes which I was really proud of. The reading notes were created to help us better understand the difficult readings that we had, as they were written by philosophers. The first set of reading notes that I got a satisfactory on was on cultural relativism. These notes helped a lot when it came to studying for the exams and our final exam. They were a great reference to look back at. This class really taught me how to take good reading notes, and I plan to try and use this strategy in other classes. When I was struggling, the notes really helped me gain a better understanding and I know it could help me with readings in other classes that I may be struggling with.
