Reflection: I must admit that I did not find this to be my favorite class. However, I did find certain aspects to be useful. The main one being the use of the “Fitbit” to track steps. This is a wonderful habit to form, and I thank PHED 101 for this. Although I had already begun my weight loss journey prior to this class, I believe that tracking my steps assisted me. Although it was not my favorite, I believe that it contained a surplus amount of important information, however, I believe that it would have been easier to retain if it were not a hybrid course. The artifact that I attached contains the best graphs from my Fitbit.
