In order to complete Goal 11 – Physical Activity, I took Fitness Concepts Through Exercise in the Fall of 2018. This course required a fitness tracker in order to record the number of steps walked each day. Every two weeks students would have to submit a monitoring report of their total number of steps per week along with a reflection on their days of highest and lowest activity. An example of one of my monitoring reports is included below. In addition to monitoring reports we would have to complete pre-lab assignments with descriptions of exercises we would complete that week in lab. Each lab time we would have to perform the exercises and evaluate our execution.
