This class was taken in Yellowstone National Park. This was one of the most interesting classes I took because it was a class that was based on service learning. My group was focused on the topic of the grizzly bear being an endangered species. This was an important part of the trip because throughout our trip, we talked to various stakeholders about their opinion on the issue. This class helped to improve my skills for working in a group because the whole class was centered around group assignments and working with a group once getting to Yellowstone One of the large components of this class was using a place as a text and learning from your surroundings. This was beneficial to me to slow down and pay attention to the world around me
