I took Fitness Concepts (PHED 101) in the fall of 2016 to fulfill this goal. This was a fairly easy class. We had to do weekly assignments that either prepared for that weeks workout in the gym or taught us something like balanced diets. As long as I kept up with the work I was able to do well in the class. Going to the gym once a week for the practical portion of the class, I enjoyed. I was a nice stress relief and it allowed me to stretch out all of my muscles well.
