~ Honors Longwood Seminar ~

This introductory course prepared me for what I would encounter in the classroom at Longwood and showed me how to schedule my time properly. This class encouraged students to go out and experience the University while providing information on the clubs and best experiences. I have attached two artifacts from this class, one being the extra credit bingo to show how the class encouraged me to branch out and try new things, go new places, and meet new people. The other attachment is my volunteer observation and summary showing how this class led me to branch out to the community around Longwood and help out around me.

This class helped me more than I would like to admit in my transition into college and I am glad it was a requirement for first year students. I took the advice given and make it my goal to continue to branch out, even when I am super busy with soccer and classes.
