Correspondence

The documents shown below are a persuasive letter and a bad news letter. In regards to the persuasive letter, I learned the importance of formatting this document. It is important to put information in the correct order to persuade the audience. Regarding the bad news letter, I learned how to give bad information in a positive manner. The writer should avoid using negative words like not, can’t, won’t, instead they should use positive words to give negative information. In order to write both of these documents, I had to use plain english and the information I learned from the eight C’s. These concepts aided in writing effective and efficient correspondence documents.
