Being a music lover and enthusiast, this class truly spoke to my heart. However, after getting into the material within the first couple of weeks, this class challenged me beyond what I have ever experienced before. One of the toughest aspects was writing the final research paper; in which we were expected to choose a composer and relate his life to our majors and career aspirations. I decided to write mine on Arnold Schoenberg, and discuss his struggles of miscommunication within his work environment.
