Dr. Thomas Wears, assistant professor of mathematics, has been selected to participate in Project NExT (New Experience in Teaching), a national professional development program for new or recent Ph.D.’s in the mathematical sciences intended to enrich all aspects (teaching, scholarship, service) of a faculty member’s career. Dr. Wears is the fourth department member to be a NExT participant.
