There are many significant aspects of social research methodology. The first major aspect is the time and effort that you have to put into when it comes to your research and putting together data. At first, when it came to dealing with this kind of work. I was surprised to find out how much time and effort I would have to put into my research and methods. Now with everything completed to an extent. It has become clear that you must spend much time researching and building how the content will be laid out on paper. The second aspect would have to be planning. Planning is a significant part of the research. Why am I researching this? How am I going to compose this? Has there been other research covering the same topic or similar topics? All of these are important because they give the researcher purpose to research whatever topic they plan. Third, gathering information is incredibly important because it will hurt or help your research. Finding quick and asset information, as applicable or not, is required when doing research work. Using information that has no reason to be in the paper wastes the reader’s and the researcher’s time. Fourth and finally, one of the essential things is organization. With organization, research will become more accessible with a planned form of organizing data. With organizational skills then, the readers of the study can stay caught up quickly. This means that information gathered and used for the research will either become lost or not make sense if the paper needs to be written coherently.
The skills I have acquired will be helpful in my work, referring to human resource work. Being able to organize information and synthesize it will be precious. Being able to synthesize information shows that the person understands all the information. Trimming it down to its most essential parts and then being able to communicate with others on their level so they and others can understand, in their own words, what needs to be completed. Being able to conduct thorough research on information and being able to organize that information plays into being able to synthesize information.
