The technical writing class allowed me to become more focused on the topic at hand. The final paper I wrote for my technical final was an explanation of the final project I had created. The matter was explained in full detail why I chose to use each little detail the way I did. This made me more aware of every little fact I used and why I used that detail for a specific reason. This made me more aware of writing and more detailed on the information I use and don’t use.

My methods and research class, one of my recent classes, has taught me to use SPSS and Rstuido and these systems to run statistical analyses. This paper also required hours of research to find credible evidence to either help or discredit my work. This paper was one of the most extended I have ever written due to having to collect data, organize the data, and then synthesize the information.

In the same class, as part of the project, we worked on. We also had to conduct a literature review. This also involved extensive research into the topic of parent involvement that we had in my methods and research class.
