In Recreation 304, Leisure and Aging, we had to complete this assignment so that later in the field we will be able to differentiate between the different assessment tools that will be used to better assess and evaluate clients and their needs. I will use this document as a ‘cheat sheet’ so that I will be able to best serve my clients by having the correct tools needed when determining their best care and the next steps in their treatment.
