Throughout the semester senior social work students in Professor Janie Brazier’s Leadership & Professional Development course were assigned to complete a total of 9 leadership journals. The journal prompts aligned with the course content we were learning and allowed students to reflect on their leadership strengths and weaknesses, and how their behaviors as individuals shaped them as leaders according to multiple different leadership theories displayed throughout the journals.
