The dependent variable for this ANOVA was Family Involvement. This was asked on a 0-10 scale. The independent variable for this ANOVA was if the family completed the activity. Respondent chose either “yes”, “started but did not finish”, or “no”. The mean engagement for yes and started but did not finish was 9.52 and the mean engagement for no was 7.00. According to the ANOVA results (F=41.3) there is no significant difference between the means. Meaning we have significance at the .001 level.
