- Assist with, and in some cases lead, training initiatives for students, faculty, and staff in both online and face to face environments. Sometimes will serve as lead instructor, other times teaching assistant
- Serve as teaching assistant for Longwood Online Technology Institute (LOTI)
- Support management of Quality Matters review scheduling and documentation
- Support DEC information processing initiatives including data collection, synthesis, and basis analysis
