- Promoting the Cook-Cole College of Arts & Sciences to internal and external constituencies
- Advising, assisting, and referring students regarding basic academic matters such as the completion of various university forms
- Providing mental health first aid and referral to students who present in distress
- Referring students, faculty, and guests to appropriate campus resources upon request
- Receiving and processing information regarding student notifications to faculty in the College
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office
