- Assist in the coordination of the ChLA (Children’s Literature Association) Conference that Longwood is hosting in Richmond (June 2015), including online communication such as emails, the conference listserv and Facebook page
- Manage documents such as the Presenter Information Sheet and answer questions from conference attendees
- Enter and edit web content
- Positions require the assistants to be at the conference in Richmond the third week of June, 2015
