Academics/Classes
Academics have always been a really important part of school for me. I knew coming to Longwood that I was going to keep focused on my goals, but not let that keep me from having healthy connections. So far in my time at Longwood, I have completed 10 classes and have been able to maintain straight A’s throughout both semesters (with two A-‘s), putting me on the Dean’s Lists both semesters. Even with the virus interrupting the second hald of the Spring semester, I was still able to keep up with my classes and maintain my high grades in the classes, leaving me with a GPA of 3.934 at the end of my freshman year. ~ Ariel Birkholz, 2020
