When I was a freshman in high school, we had an archaeologist come into our school and tell us about it. When it was time to sign up for classes for spring freshman year, I saw this and immediately chose it.
We learned a lot about the methods used in archaeology, and the professor showed us a lot of his previous works.
One day in this class, we went to First Avenue Field to throw atlatls’. This was so much fun, and I wish I could do it again.
