Reflections:
This project was the first group project required in the course. It is also my personal favorite due to the fact I am proud of the outcome and feel as if the group not only coalesced really well but put out a product that we were all happy to put our name on. This project was difficult in some technical aspects, the first being finding a program that allowed for convenient and easy work sharing so that all group members were able to view and edit the document throughout the process instead of three people looking onto a single screen. The next obstacle once that was accomplished was to turn a team of strangers into a well oiled machine and avoid a too many cooks in a kitchen kind of scenario. This project I felt was especially effective in driving home lessons on document design that were taught over the course of the semester. It was also nice to work in a group for a change which is seldom an aspect of assignments in the English department. Any major changes I would make to this documents design revolve predominantly around the color pallet, there are some grammatical and syntax changes I would make but overall I feel the product came out great and far better than my initial expectations.
