The purpose of the Psychoeducational Support Group for Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) Survivors is to educate about IPV and empower young women to be self-sufficient as it relates to mental health and coping strategies. The curriculum found on this website has been developed by Longwood University’s Social Work 425 students and will be implemented by student facilitators during the Summer 2023 study abroad trip to Ghana, Africa.
