My name is Kurt Martin, and I am a Communication Studies major at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia. Each week, you can catch a new article from me on The Rotunda’s website. I love writing sports stories, and even have experience writing feature and news style articles. I am also a member of the Big South Network, as a camera operator, and color commentator. I am the son of Kenneth and Shannon Martin and the brother of Katy Martin. I was born and raised in Concord, Virginia which is about 25 minutes outside of Lynchburg, Virginia. I am a huge Washington Redskins fan, and I enjoy getting out on the golf course with my dad and sister.
