1. What is Kinesiology? Kinesiology is the scientific study of human or non-human body movement. Kinesiology addresses physiological, bio mechanical, and psychological dynamic principles and mechanisms of movement.
2. What is Exercise Science: Exercise physiology is the physiology of physical exercise. It is one of the allied health professions that involves the study of the acute responses and chronic adaptations to exercise.
3. A brief history/origin of Kinesiology: Kinesiology was originally developed by Dr George Goodheart DC., a second generation chiropractor, in the early 1960’s. He discovered the relationship between Chinese meridians (used by practitioners of Chinese medicine including acupuncturists) and muscle groups, organs, and glands in the body.
4. List and briefly explain the sub-disciplines?: The sub disciplines include adapted physical activity, physical education pedagogy, sport pedagogy, exercise physiology, sport bio mechanics, motor development disabled, motor learning, physical therapy, sports medicine, sport and exercise psychology, sport philosophy, sport sociology, and sport history
5. List and briefly explain some careers?:
 1. Athletic Trainer : Focus on the athletic training of an athlete or athletic (Sports) team as they focus on building their appropriate strengths for their particular sport and position
 2. Personal Trainer : Focuses on helping any determined person on building their wanted strengths in a personalized and efficient way.
3. Physical Therapist : For those that are injured from the result of a torn, pulled, broken, or dislocated bones and muscles, they attend a physical therapist for they safely and carefully help those return to prime health
