In October of 2018, I had to do a project for my CITIZENS class that had to do with sustainability on Longwood campus. I focused on the water use and the water fountains on campus. I had to interview everyone that even worked on the water fountains or fountains on campus, so I defiantly got involved with campus. The guy that was in charge of the water stations is Mr. Myer and he was incredibly helpful. Below is the information that I gathered from Mr. Myer.
In November of 2018, my team and I took part in a painting night together and had a bonding day. It felt good to be part of the community.
In April of 2019, I was awarded a commendation from CHI on becoming an outstanding leader on this campus. This was a huge honor to be recognized as a leader in the community.
