- Assist in large-scale programming initiatives including New Lancer Days, Orientation & Registration, Family Weekend, Rock The Block, and Webinar Series for Longwood Families and Parents
- Serve as Project Lead on various initiatives such as Outstanding First Year Student Advocate awards
- Write and publish The Pillar, a quarterly newsletter for parents and families
- Design and facilitate various training sessions for the Peer Mentor team
- Assist with meeting design and organization for Longwood Parents Council, attend meetings, and work with grants process
- Serve as a full professional staff member of the office and provide support including answering phones, responding to emails, and acting as point of contact for walk-in traffic
