- Provide one-on-one support to faculty, staff, and students regarding their use of instructional technology across a wide variety of platforms and technologies
- Engage with DEC staff members on creative application of instructional technologies
- Participate in, and assist in the creation and implementation of, ongoing professional development and advanced skill building exercises
- Collaborate with ITCM to provide effective supervision of the undergraduate Instructional Technology Collaborators (ITCs)
