In high school I was not confident in my ability to analyze and interpret the meaning of various works of literature.  Taking this theatre class showed me that there is no right or wrong way to do so, as long as evidence is provided. This class showed me that although my ideas were not the same as everyone else’s, they were still valid.   In this paper linked below, I had to analyze the effect of the lighting on the play as a whole.
