Before this class, I had never dealt with statistical math. However, I am very good with numbers so I was not too worried about struggling. Throughout this course, Professor Emerson-Stonnell made it an initiative to help her students. She made this course more manageable to students and more effective to learn.

Open in new tab Another reason why I enjoyed this class is that we wrote papers to explain our math. These papers were purposed to go step by step and explain how we worked out a problem to find an answer. Writing these papers made it easier to understand problems and helped my writing skills at the same time.
