Service

A big part of the Honors College is service. All Honors members are encouraged to contribute in some way to the community around them to better life for all involved. While I did not do nearly as much as I should have during my first year, I know that during my future years at Longwood I will actively participate in all kinds of service opportunities, be it for the Honors College or other various organizations I may be in.

In my Freshman year, I partook in cleaning up the trash around Highbridge trail during the Honors Retreat, and I volunteered during Lancer For A Day to lead the 4th graders around.
