Overall my professional goal is to impact clients’ lives in a way that promotes self-esteem, empowerment, and strength in everyday activities. By utilizing my problem-solving, critical thinking, and empathy skills, my goal is to empower those who have suffered from inevitable negativities that the world brings. By providing coping strategies, resources, and services and educating clients on empowerment, my goal is to have a positive impact on diversity, inclusion, and empowerment in a generalist practice of social work to improve clients’ well-being. My goal is to obtain a degree in clinical social work and pass the Licensed Clinical Social Work exam to become a certified LCSW. My current plan is to graduate undergrad by May 2022. I will move on to graduate school to obtain my clinical degree through an advanced standing program to graduate by May 2023.
