Without the Cormier Honors College, I would have made completely different friends. A majority of my friendships began move-in day all thanks to Wheeler and the Honors Retreat. The friends I made then have stuck by my side throughout my time in college. I am lucky to have found such a great group of people that I can be comfortable around and tell them anything. Each Honors student I have met is very understanding, which I am grateful for since we all have had our fair share of difficulties during our first year. The Honors community feels like one big family and I wouldn’t be the same person I am without them. This community allowed me to also encounter unique experiences I wouldn’t have had if I were not a part of Honors.
