The CLASP Graduate Assistant will assist with developing programming to support community building and identity-based resources to support underserved student well-being, provide academic coaching and case management to underserved students in an individual and group format, collaborate with Director in assessment and planning for the purpose of devising and organizing evidence-based programming that is research driven, and contribute and develop effective communication strategies like social media presence and other campus initiatives that represent diversity and inclusion.
