Hi, I’m Alexiss Brown. Welcome to my E-Portfolio! I’m a current senior psychology major. You will explore the research I conducted while attending Longwood University. Specifically, I will discuss the research conducted in my Social Research and Program Evaluation course involving parent engagement. On this website, you will find the steps taken to evaluate my research and my reflection. I am a student at Longwood University who is majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Homeland Security. After graduation, my goal is to become a Virginia Beach Police Officer and work alongside the Department of Homeland Security. I am an avid equestrian, who has competed in state and local shows as well as participated in several Fox Hunts with the Jame River Hunt Association. While showing I have placed fourth in the state in the Virginia Horse Show Association finals as well as receiving overall Grand Champion in the Triangle Farms Raleigh Show Circut.

My name is Elizabeth Borg, though I go by Lily.  I am a Criminal Justice major with a minor in Homeland Security.  During my Fall 2022 semester, I did a research project in my SOCL 345 Social Research and Program Evaluation class on family involvement in preschools around Longwood University.

My name is Justin Trimble, I’m a senior at Longwood University majoring in Criminal Justice.

My name is Thomas Hunkele and I am currently a senior at Longwood University. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. I am on track to graduate in May 2023. On this portfolio, a study on a survey I conducted can be found as well as other items pertaining to that study. Three essays I have written about different theorists and theories can be found as well various statistical analyses and tests I’ve performed.
