The culmination of all of the previous lessons have led to the final assignment, the professional report. In this report, my partner and I were responsible for providing website recommendations to a fictitious company, To do this, we analyzed the websites of two competitors and based our recommendations off these and other public surveys. The actual writing of the document proved to be the hardest part, which required us to use professional techniques in all aspects of the report. Throughout the process, I learned that being direct, clear, and concise are the most important factors of a professional document.
