Hello!  My name is Emma Carlstrom and I am a Liberal Studies major with a minor in Special Education at Longwood University.  I chose Special Education because of my passion for individuals with disabilities.  My number one goal is to make sure that everyone feels included and wanted.  That is what mainly brought me into this program.  Individuals with special needs have an enormous place in my heart and I am planning on being a Special Education teacher.  I am looking forward to what I will be experiencing throughout the rest of my years at Longwood University!
