CHEM 376 – Medicinal Chemistry
This course is divided into three sections. The first will focus on how drugs interact with various molecular machines. The second focuses on how drugs are designed with target associations, metabolism, and drug approval process in mind. The end of the class culminates in focusing on a select collection of known drugs and how they were work and ultimately came to market.
