Longwood’s citizen and honors classes are some of the most unique that I’ve ever seen, for instance “freudian themes in fairy tales” or “surviving hard times.” Each one is unique and offers a new look into something that you don’t often think about. A lot of hard classes people will try to avoid, however these are hard classes that you want to take and learn from just from how compelling their concepts are.
My first two semesters haven’t been too challenging so far. The most difficult ones have definitely been my two honors courses, and also physics. However I do expect to be challenged a lot more if my schedule for next semester is anything to judge by. Even if the classes won’t be very hard themselves, I’ll still need to balance three math classes at once. I’m looking forward to what I’ll experience from my future classes.
