This goals purpose is to stress a healthy lifestyle. It teaches stress relief, healthy eating, healthy sleeping habits, and different exercises to benefit different areas of the body, all the while we had to wear a Fitbit to track our steps. Our goal each week was to do at least 70,000 steps. Every two weeks we would write a report, such as the one below, that had graphs and mapped out our steps. also we had to write why or steps were higher on some days rather than others. This helped us to be aware of our usual habits and helped us to be conscientious of our fitness habits.
