The purpose of the goal is to see how different cultures are shown in all types of literature. With the course I selected, I was able to read literature from 5 different continents so, as you can imagine, the culture behind every novel or short story was extremely diverse. English has never been a strong suit of mine so analysis of a novel is very difficult. Through this assignment, I examined who had the voice and how it correlates with power. In this paper, I learned of writing help on campus and how to deeply analyze a novel. I still need to dig deeper and give more explanation of a quote at points but this paper helped me grow as a writer.
