I have always held myself to a high standard when it come to my grades. I was 12th in my class in high school and strived to carry on these standards into college. The nursing program requires me to have a 2.75 to remain a nursing student, in order to stay in honors, I must maintain a 3.25 average in all honors courses and overall. My first semester at Longwood, I managed to maintain a 3.638 qualifying me to be a part of Alpha Lambda Delta, an honors fraternity on campus, and for Dean’s list my first semester in college. Currently I have a 3.433 in my honors courses and a 3.517 cumulative. I hope within the next 3 years to maintain above a 3.25 in honors and at least a 3.45 overall.
