I took Spanish 111 during the first semester of my freshman year. Since I hadn’t taken a Spanish class since by sophomore year of high school, I knew this class would be fairly challenging. In the beginning I struggled to try and remember information that I had once learned, and sometimes the speed of things was too fast. This class was also based heavily on quiz and test scores, so it was important to do well on those, and there wasn’t many assignments to do that could boost my overall grade. The artifact I chose was one of the only real assignments we did in the class. It is a recording of me describing the things I did during Thanksgiving break.
